ARTICLE I
Section I
All the complaints or suggestions concerning the members or the administration of the club will have to be made in writing to the executive committee and signed by the member making the complaint or suggestion.

ARTICLE II
Section I
No member shall appropriate to themselves or others any object or property belonging to the club without permission of the executive committee.

ARTICLE III
Section I
It is strictly forbidden for members to use vile language.
A) No illegal drugs are allowed on club premises.
B) Fighting, verbal and or physical abuse, harassment of any kind will not be tolerated on club premises.
C) Inappropriate and offensive behavior will not be tolerated on club premises.
D) No person under the age of 21 shall be allowed to consume Alcohol on club premises and or as deemed legal age by the state of CT.
Section II
A member who loses his/her door card shall be obliged to buy another one and when he/she ceases to be a member they shall turn the door card to the recording secretary.
Section III
The doors of the club will always be closed. A member wishing to enter the premises should have their key. Members without door cards are required to sign the Guest Log.

ARTICLE IV
Section I
The club is accessible at all times in accordance with state law.

ARTICLE V
Section I
The members shall have the right to bring visitors who intend to become members. The guests are allowed three visits, after being assured that these persons were not in the club previously.
Section II
Visitors must leave with host members.
Section III
The member who brings in visitors will be responsible for this person’s actions and will also be responsible for any damages incurred. Members are responsible for any damages caused by abusive/destructive visitors they have signed in. These host mem-bers will also be responsible for removing misbehaving visitors from the premises and can request assistance if needed.
Section IV
Liquor laws require we maintain a Guest Register to record visitors. Visitors will be recorded by a scan of their driver’s license by the bartender. Bartender will tag the member number to the visitor(s) that they are taking responsibility for. If any visitor reaches 3 times entering club as a non-member, bartender will hand them an application to join and not be permitted to enter the remainder of the calendar year until membership is accepted.
The register is to be reviewed monthly by a person designated by the board of directors to assure said rule is followed.
Section V
No minors 18 years of age or younger shall be permitted in the members downstairs bar, lounge area or any enclosed outside area after 8:00 PM.
Exceptions being if a members, family member/visitor is in the vicinity of the club example, I.E. little league, fishing, and requires use of the facilities and or if adult member is in and out to fill out club approved paperwork or drop off item(s) for a member or item(s) belonging to the club and or club activity I.E. Horseshoes.

ARTICLE VI
Section I
No alcoholic beverages shall be served during the meetings, nor be tolerated in the room intended for meetings, except in cases of necessity or in cases approved by the executive committee.

ARTICLE VII
Section I
No credit shall be carried for refreshments or amusements by any member.
Section II
Club announcements of any kind require approval from the Executive Committee. This includes social media, as well as newspapers, TV, and radio.

ARTICLE VIII
Section I
It is strictly forbidden for members to incur debts in the name of the club.

ARTICLE IX
Section I
Any member in good standing for twenty-five consecutive years or more will be considered for life membership. Exceptions will be decided by the executive committee. All nominees must be approved by a committee consisting of 3 officers and 3 life members who are not currently officers of the club.

ARTICLE X
Section I
Use of the club hall for stag parties will not be permitted.
Section II
Smoking is prohibited anywhere indoors.
Section III
No pets are allowed on Club premises, with the exception of certified service dogs.

ARTICLE XI
Section I Membership renewal
A) Membership renewal dues at the current rates are payable October, November, and December of the current year.
B) All members who have not paid before January 1 shall be considered delinquent, and are ineligible for any club benefits and/or functions. Delinquent members may be reinstated during the month of January by paying a fee $20 higher than the normal renewal dues.
C) Members who have not renewed by February 1 st will have to re-apply for membership, and paying the same fee as a new member.
D) Delinquent members shall be denied access to the club facilities until reinstatement.
E) Dues are payable by all members regardless of place of residence with the exception of active duty military personnel, the current Executive Committee, and Life members.
F) Newly-accepted members in the months of October, November, and December will not have to renew their annual dues the following year.
Section II Membership
A) All new applicants will have their names posted on the bulletin board.
B) The Board of Directors will review all new applications for membership, and approve or reject them at the monthly Board meeting.
C) Any suspensions or revocations to a member will be at the discretion of the Board of
Directors.

ARTICLE XII
Section I
Any member in good standing who is a paid employee of the Club, may run for an elected position.
A) President, Vice President, BOD, Recording Secretary, or Trustee of the Club positions allowed.
B) All motions will be reviewed and decided by BODs at the time of such voting as to not be a “conflict of interest” for the paid position held by specified member.
C) If such motion is determined to be a “conflict of interest” for such member, he will abstain from voting on each and every motion topic that is determined to be such.
D) General quorum conditions will be maintained per normal cadence for all votes.
E) If paid position member is selected as either President or Vice President of Club, and “conflict of interest” motion is on the table, quorum must have both President and Vice President in attendance for tie breaking vote potential required to break such tie.
